RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 15.09.2017 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.12180 of 2017 to the effect that to appear before the Srivaikundam police Station instead of appearing before the respondent police station Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
