ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No 28 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent, quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found that the complaint given by the second respondent is false one. So that, the investigation has been closed as mistake of fact and RCS notice has been served upon the defacto complainant/second respondent.
