This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.56 of 2013 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.27 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
