With the consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 20.01.2025 to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 24.05.2024.

4. However, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner application for survey is being acted upon and survey has been fixed on 25.02.2025. In view of the said submission, there is no requirement to pass any positive directions in the present writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the partitioner's application for survey is being acted upon and survey has been fixed to be conducted on 25.02.2025, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall cooperate with the officials for conducting the survey. No costs.
