RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD). No.11019 of 2017 dated 28.8.2017 in which instead of directing the petitioners to executive two sureties each of them, it may be modified by enabling them to executive two sureties common for all the petitioners.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed for Modification of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.11019 of 2017, dated 28.08.2017. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11019 of 2017, this Court has directed the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the Police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

Nos.2 to 4 and they may be permitted to execute a common sureties on behalf of them.
4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are permitted to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the Police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. sd/- 27/09/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
