J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This Writ Appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.27916 of 2023, dated 24.11.2023, wherein the learned Single Judge has directed the parties to work out their remedy before the civil Court regarding the tile and no writ of certiorari has been issued regarding the mutation of revenue records on the ground of error committed during UDR.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order, the private respondents trying to create documents and alienate the property without ascertaining the title over the property.

3. This Court finds no reason to entertain this Writ Appeal for the simple reason that admittedly, there is a cloud over the title in respect of the property and two years ago itself, this Court has found that parties have to work out their remedy before the civil Court and establish the title. While so, the said order dated 24.11.2023, in consonance with the procedure established under law,

cannot be interfered and any interference will not lead to any redressal of grievance of the appellant herein but only aggravate and delay the process. When there is a dispute regarding title, the parties have to work out their remedy and establish their title only through due process of law resorting to civil Court. Writ Court cannot look into the title dispute. The learned Single Judge has rightly disposed of the Writ Petition with the aforesaid observations and we are affirmed the order of the learned Single Judge and dismissed the Writ Appeal as devoid of merits. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
