RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8503 of 2017 dated 13.07.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DANIEL MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the Criminal Original petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions for a period of 57 days, imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and investigation has not been completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
