O R D E R

The petitioner is employed in TANGEDCO. By the impugned order, he has been transferred from Madurai to Sempatti. The petitioner's daughter is presently taking the board examination. Therefore, the petitioner's presence is absolutely essential. There is some justification in the request made by the petitioner that he should not be disturbed at present.

2.Considering the petitioner's request, it is directed that the order of transfer can be kept in abeyance till 30.04.2018. It is open to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent and it is open to the first respondent to reconsider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed earlier. It is made clear that the matter is left to the discretion of the first respondent.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
