This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai in Crl.MP.No. 4838 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024 by considering petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2025. 2/5

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.According to the petitioner, seeking return of money, he had already filed a petition before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4838 of 2024 and the same was allowed by the learned Magistrate on 11.11.2024 by directing the 2nd respondent to transfer the frozen amount to the Court account bearing A/c. No.20074060135 of State Bank of India. However, the 2nd respondent police has not taken any steps to deposit the frozen amount before the Court. Hence, this petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that in the order, dated 11.11.2024, the CSR number has been wrongly mentioned. In this regard, they had filed a petition before the trial Court to rectify the mistake and to proceed further. The respondent police will take appropriate action, as per the orders of the trial Court. 3/5

5.Since the 2nd respondent police has filed a petition before the trial Court to correct the CSR number and also assured to comply with the directions of the trial Court, the respondent police is directed to comply with the order of the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.4838 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024 within a period of 15 days, after the orders passed by the trial Court in the petition filed by the 2nd respondent Police. 6.With the aforesaid directions and observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
