This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent to register the case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 12.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondents submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in the matter.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Crl.side), the petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to move by way of private complaint. However, the liberty to the petitioner to

move by way of private complaint shall not be read by the concerned Magistrate as a direction to entertain the complaint. The entertainment of the complaint will be solely at the discretion of the Magistrate and upon consideration of the merits of the case.
