ORDER

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking the petitioner's lands to be surveyed based on his application dated 20.12.2024. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal even at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the subject lands measuring to an extent of 832 1⁄2 sq.ft, has applied for survey to be conducted. The said application was made on 20.12.2024. According to the petitioner, despite approaching the respondents on several occasions, the survey has not been conducted till date. Hence, he has been constrained to file the present writ petition.

4.Considering the narrow scope of relief that is available to be granted to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to survey the petitioner's lands, based on the application dated 20.12.2024 2/4

and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents 1 and 3 shall seek police protection if they apprehend any breach of peace at the time of survey.
