ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a 1/4
Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint dated 07.01.2026, within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration. He further submits that the petitioner has already filed all relevant documents and evidence with the respondent police.
3. The respondent police is directed to thoroughly review the submitted materials and take appropriate action as per the law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any cognizable offence is made out, FIR may be filed against the concerned person.
