RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 10666 of 2016 dated 29.06.2016 and pass such further or other orders as are necessary in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BOOPATHI PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10666 of 2016 dated 29/06/2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
