PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent No. 2 to register the FIR in the petitioner's complaint dated on 06.01.2022 based on the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Crl. M.P. No. 57 of 2022 dated on 24.01.2022.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register the FIR in the petitioner's complaint dated on 06.01.2022 based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Crl. M.P. No. 57 of 2022 dated on 24.01.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Crl. M.P. No. 57 of 2022 dated on 24.01.2022, the second respondent registered case in Crime No.50 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147,341,294(b), 323,324,427,379,506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.
