ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's appeal made before her, dated 28.11.2017 by considering the documents furnished by him in support of his claim, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for first respondent. Notice to 2nd respondent is dispensed with. Heard both sides. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD).No.3946 of 2020 4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal that is said to have been filed and pending before the first respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction.
(i)The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after hearing both sides on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
