O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's appeal dated 27.12.2024 within a stipulated time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Deputy Solicitor General, assisted by Mr.V.Malaiyendran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The only grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-disposal of his appeal dated 27.12.2024, which was filed against the order dated 23.12.2024, wherein the petitioner was dismissed from service. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief sought in this writ petition, in my considered view, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition without going into the merits of the case and to issue a direction to the first

respondent to dispose of the appeal within a time to be stipulated by this Court to meet the ends of justice.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 27.12.2024 of the petitioner duly following due process of law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
