PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to Petitioner pursuant to the recommendation made by the 3rd Respondent vide his proceedings in C.No. 663/SDO KKI/ Camp / 2022 dated 23.05.2023 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking 'No Objection Certificate' for running a Spa. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instruction of the Respondents, would submit that the papers are in order. The third Respondent/the Deputy Superintendent of Police had recommended for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' by the second Respondent/the Superintendent of Police. He undertakes to issue 'No Objection Certificate' by the second Respondent within 15 days.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
