ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the present petitioner was registered in Crime No.1142 of 2020 and the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dhadikombu Police Station, Dindigul District, after completing the investigation, made ready the final report against 1/3

the accused and he seeks further time to file final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dhadikombu Police Station, Dindigul District, to file final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of this order.
