Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16220 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20899 of 2022, dated 04.01.2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3033 of 2023 and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the Fast Track Court Mahila Court & Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Theni.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16220 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20899 of 2022, dated 04.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Court Mahila Court & Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Theni, on 01.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
