ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct a survey based on his purchase made on 06.04.2023.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The petitioner has purchased the subject land in and by way of sale deed dated 06.04.2023. Thereafter, he has made an application for survey on 06.12.2024, which is still pending with 2/5

respondents. The petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of his application for survey.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has made an application based on sale deed as well as patta standing in his name and therefore, the officials would be conducting survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application in due course.

6. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to survey the petitioner's property based on his application dated 06.12.2024 and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
