This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.716 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.68 of 2024, dated 24.01.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30 p.m, till the disposal of the appeal. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.06.2024 to 22.02.2025.
