Therefore this Court on 24.02.2015 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 5.30 p.m. The interim anticipatory bail was further extended in 10.03.2015 till date. Today, when the matter was called, the respondent police is present.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions from the respondent police, submits that enquiry was conducted and the petition has been closed on 23.03.2015, in view of the pendency of civil suits in O.S.Nos.277 and 278/14.
