No.22685 of 2015 dated 1.12.2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JOEL PAUL ANTONY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 01.12.2015 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22685/2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further order is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
