RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition regarding appearance and reporting before the Respondent Police,once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. and direct to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi in Crl.O.P.No.1167 of 2022 on 03.02.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAAMAKRISHNAN KA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition regarding appearance and reporting before the respondent police in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m and direct to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1167 of 2022 on 03.02.2022.

2.This Court by an order dated 03.02.2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days for further investigation. While granting anticipatory bail, this Court made an observation that the petitioner alleged to have been assaulted by the Police official who belongs to the respondent police. Taking note of the aforesaid incident, anticipatory bail was granted.

CRL MP(MD) No.3014 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the aforesaid incident, trouble may arise when the petitioner appears before the respondent police, on that ground, this modification petition has been filed.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3014 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Thoothukudi, once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
