Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21910 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before concerned Court on 08.03.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
