PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to modify the condition of 'the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) which was imposed as condition in the order passed in Crl.O.P (MD)No.22550 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this petition for modification of condition, he is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.5,50,000/- as per the order dated 23.12.2022. He would only seek extension of time for further period of two weeks.
2. Considering the request, two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender and to execute sureties. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
