When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that this is second anticipatory bail application and the earlier application was dismissed very recently in view of the fact that the petitioner is having 2 previous cases. He would further submit that now it is found that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases similar in nature and there is no change of circumstance.
2. In view of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
