2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
