2. The suit has been filed for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. The pleadings on either side has been completed and the suit is posted for framing issues from 08.11.2024 onwards. Hence, the present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the above said facts, I Additional District Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of O.S.No.341 of 2019 on or before 31.12.2025.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
