Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SARAVANAKUMAR,Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent is also present.

2. This Court, on 09.02.2017, has granted an order of interim stay, till 16.03.2017, on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of arrears of Maintenance amount to the credit of M.C.No.8 of 2015, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, till 16.03.2017.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has complied with the said conditional order, dated 09.02.2016 and he has also filed a proof of deposit, before the concerned Court on 02.03.2017.

4. Since, the conditional order dated 09.02.2016, passed by this Court has been properly complied with by the petitioner herein, the order of interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute and this application is allowed accordingly. sd/- 16/03/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
