ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21189 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai and based on the same, Crl.M.P.No.497 of 2024 was closed.

3. The petitioner is directed to work out his remedy by way of filing a private complaint.
