This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to set aside the order passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.R.C.No.35 of 2012 dated 04.07.2013 confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram in M.C.No.27 of 2010 dated 16.08.2011. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the matter has been settled. Pursuant to the same, amount has also been received.

4.In view of the above said submissions, the criminal original petition is closed.
