ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 and 3 as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in 'Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh' reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2020 is still pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
