This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct second Respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.01.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) informs that based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry stands conducted and closed.

4.Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with the conduct of the respondents and is able to substantiate that the complaint preferred by him informs commission of cognizable offence, he would be at liberty to move this Court by way of contempt proceedings.
