The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/first respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.20406 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor would submit that the order has been complied with and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor has also filed a typed set along with proceedings of the District Collector.
