O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against a docket order dated 20.12.2019 passed in E.P.No.176 of 2019 on the file Additional District Judge, Theni arising out of A.C.P.No.387 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the very E.P proceedings are ended by returning the E.P to the Execution Petitioner to approach the appropriate Executing Court within a period of three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that no further steps are taken by the respondent herein. As the very E.P proceedings in E.P.No. 176 of 2019 itself stood terminated by an order dated 20.12.2019 and hence the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. All the issues raised in the present Civil Revision Petition are left open.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
