ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to issue an experience certificate as Stone Quarry Workers of more than 2 years experience under Rule 8(10-A) (vii) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the President of Pasumpon Mahalir Mandram, which was formed by the Women Self Help Group Members, covered under the Sworna Jeyanthi Gram Swarozgar Yogana Scheme Groups (SGSY Groups). Earlier, they have filed an application before the first respondent under Rule 8(10-A) (vii) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rule, 1959, seeking work https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

experience certificate. Subsequently, the first respondent, by the communication dated 08.06.2015, directed the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct enquiry. The respondents 2 and 3 have also conducted enquiry and sent a recommendation to the first respondent/District Collector in the year 2015 itself, but, so far, no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the respondents 2 and 3 have already conducted enquiry and submitted their recommendation to the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
