3. The respondent police is present in the Court. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4. On the contrary, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent police are harassing the petitioners asking them to come to the Station frequently.

5. In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioners shall not be unnecessarily harassed.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
