This criminal original petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the summon issued under Section 61 of Cr.P.C. in Cr.M.P.No.8323 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
