Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHUVIJAYAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 23/11/2015 made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 in CRL OP(MD)No.18709 of 2015 to the effect that
