The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.306 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.41 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report, if so advised.
