ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to measure the property in Survey No.533/1B to an extent of 0.13.0 hectares and Survey No.533/1C to an extent of 0.09.0 hectares in Kovilpatti Village, Rengasamuthiram Post, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2017.

2.According to the petitioner he is the owner of the properties in Survey No.533/1B to an extent of 0.13.0 hectares and Survey No.533/1C to an extent of 0.09.0 hectares in Kovilpatti Village, Rengasamuthiram Post, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District and patta for the said properties also stands in his name and in order to survey the said properties, the petitioner has made an application before the respondents on 20.12.2017. But, so far, no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.12.2017 and survey the above properties and fix boundaries, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
