This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to conduct Seihu Peer Mohammed Sahibu Oliyulla (Saint) (Rali) festival scheduled to be conducted from 19.03.2018 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.04.2018 in his capacity as Executive Officer of the Anchuvannam Peer Mohammadia Muslim Association Jamath and consequently restraining the 3rd respondent from conducting the Seihu Seihu Peer Mohamed Sahibu Oliyulla (Saint) (Rali) scheduled to be conducted from 19.03.2018 to 03.04.2018 in his capacity as Executive Officer of the Anchuvannam Peer Mohammadia Muslim Association Jamath. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the third respondent has handed over the management to the second respondent, the Superintendent of Wakfs, Madurai and he is taking steps to conduct the said festival.

3.In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication, in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.4610 of 2018 is also closed.
