This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District to dispose the case in HMOP.No.29 of 2020 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that HMOP.No.29 of 2020 is filed in the year 2020 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2020 is of the year 2020, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
