(MD) No. 23563 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances of the case.

Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KANDHA VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KANDASAMY, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) are present.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 06.01.2017 onwards and the petitioner is charged for the offence under section 302 IPC inclusively and investigation is pending.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
