2.When these matters were been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners sought liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents with fresh representations, due to passage of time.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioners.

4.Having regard to the submissions made on either side, the petitioners are permitted to file fresh representations to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with all required documents and on filing of such representations, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks thenceforth. 5.These writ petitions are disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
