This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23423 of 2017, dated 21.01.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23423 of 2017, dated 21.01.2021 has been complied with. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing this Contempt Petition.

3. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
