This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgement and decree passed 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD) NO. 2088 of 2026 in O.S.No.130 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, dated 10.11.2025, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.130 of 2024 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court. 23-02-2026 (2/2) Note : The Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.11039 of 2026, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 26.02.2026.
