Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Balakarthick For Respondents 1 and 2 : Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate(Criminal side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the present petitioner, after lodging a complaint with the first respondent police, against the private respondent, has filed the present petition stating that the second respondent is harassing. His further contention is that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in C.No.G3/4941/590/2021 of Sanarpatti Police Station, Dindigul District and posted for enquiry.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that only the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul District, is harassing him. This has not been mentioned in the present petition and the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul is also not made a party to the proceedings. 4.Since the time of this Court is wasted by this kind of frivolous application, the petitioner is directed to pay a cost of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3272 of 2021 Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 22.03.2021.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
