RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP. (MD).No.6238 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18658 of 2019 dated 15.12.2020 for conduct the auction and further direct the trial court to conduct the auction after the report from the concerned authorities.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.VIDYA for Mr.K.K.VIJAYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for Respondents 3 and 4, the Court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of time. Without going into the contentions set out therein, I grant

extension of time of three more months from the date of receipt of copy of this order for concluding the sale in question. I make it clear that the Special Judge for Trial of TANPID Cases, Madurai will take a call on all matters concerning sale and that it will not be open to the petitioner herein to file one miscellaneous petition after another before this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the some of the depositors would state that apart from the land in question there are several other small properties available for sale. The learned Special Judge shall also take steps to bring the same to sale. This miscellaneous petition is disposed of on these terms.
